The North American Energy Markets Association is posting this RFP on behalf of our member LevelTen Energy.
LevelTen Energy is issuing this first-ever Request for Information (RFI) to support ongoing and near-term demand from buyers seeking Accredited Capacity in PJM.
LevelTen is seeking submissions from providers of Accredited Capacity for offers inclusive of Accredited Capacity from any qualifying resource located in PJM with potential to deliver prior to June 1, 2031. LevelTen will anonymize the results of this RFI to share with an array of capacity-motivated buyers – including data center developers, utilities, and hyperscalers – for potential bilateral unveilings based upon mutual buyer and seller interest.
→ LevelTen will provide all Respondents with an aggregated and anonymized report summarizing the projects and prices submitted to the RFI.
→ Respondents will also have the opportunity to engage in a bilateral transaction dependent upon buyer interest.

June 10 – RFI open for proposals
June 18 – Buyers begin reviewing submitted offers and bilateral matching begin
July 2 – Final Proposal Due Date

Late-July 2026 – RFI report released
