Summary:
Schedule energy purchases/sales with control areas, utilities, and energy marketers. Ensures compliance with regional reserve sharing groups, NERC, and the provisions of transmission tariffs. Creates and processes NERC Tags, uses OASIS to reserve and purchase transmission needed to support trading activities, and creates additional trading margins through knowledge of least-cost transmission and displacement opportunities.
