The NAEMA 2026 Spring Conference brought members together in Montréal from May 26–29 for a week of industry insight, meaningful connection, and a few memorable moments along the way.

From keynote conversations on legacy and longevity to forward-looking discussions on AI, energy markets, and grid transformation, this year’s program reflected the breadth and depth of what our community is navigating — and the collective expertise it brings to those challenges.
