Tim Berrigan
Executive Director – NAEMA
Timothy “Tim” Berrigan joined NAEMA as its Executive Director January 1, 2022. Tim has over 35 years’ experience in many different facets of the North American energy markets. He held executive positions with several companies, with responsibilities ranging from asset development and energy marketing to mergers and acquisitions. Tim closed transactions in all of the eastern power markets and ERCOT dating back to the mid 1990’s. He began his career at Southern Company, and later worked for DTE Energy Trading and Decker Energy, among others. He most recently served in advisory roles to Southern Veneer (a domestic plywood manufacturer) and Howard Energy Partners (a midstream company). He holds a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering (cooperative plan) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Donna Foy
Deputy Director
Donna joined NAEMA as Conference Director in late 2014 and became Deputy Director in 2015. Her principal responsibility is arranging NAEMA’s twice-yearly conferences, including recruiting some of the energy industry’s leading experts for presentations on the market’s key issues. Donna is also NAEMA’s lead on the joint NAEMA-IECA Power & Gas Master Agreement, the energy industry’s first fully-integrated power and gas agreement. Prior to joining NAEMA, Donna was Director of Contract Administration for Iberdrola Renewables, during which time she also served as WSPP’s Operating Committee Chair. She began her work in energy contracts at Arizona Public Service following years working in law.
