AES issued a supply RFP for projects to add up to 2 GW of clean, renewable energy in the PJM and CAISO markets. AES has successfully developed more than 400 clean energy projects in the US, representing more than 4.4 GW of operating capacity, supporting utilities, municipalities, and corporations in meeting their clean energy goals.
In addition to being one of the largest US developers & owner-operators of renewable assets, AES brought to market a first-of-its-kind 24/7 clean energy product offering last year. This RFP seeks partners and projects to provide PPA and/or investment structures to continue supporting our portfolio of customers transitioning to hourly carbon-free goals.
