Polar Consulting (“Polar”) is pleased to announce upcoming energy procurement events on behalf of City of Mesa (“Mesa”), as further detailed below, attached, and within the Polaris RFx Platform.
The live auction procurement events for Mesa will commence at 10:00 AM MST on Monday, November 17, 2025, on the Polaris RFx Platform. Instructions for accessing the Polaris RFx Platform have been detailed below.
Overview of Procurement Event
Mesa is seeking to procure firm around-the-clock energy supplies across several terms within Calendar Year (“CY”) 2026 and 2027 delivered to either Mead or West Wing.
Bidder Participation Requirements
For Bidders Not Enabled with Mesa: In order to participate within the auction pricing events, all bidders must have either established EEI Agreements between their organizations and Mesa -or- have made substantial progress towards establishing such prior to the commencement of the auction events. Enablement requests must be made via email to [email protected] by no later than 4:00 PM MST on Friday, October 24, 2025. Polar will facilitate the commencement of enablement activities between requesting bidders and Mesa, with a target to substantially complete such activities by or before 4:00 PM MST on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
For All Bidders: Bidders seeking to participate within the upcoming Mesa auction events must provide notice of participation intent via email to [email protected] by no later than 4:00 PM MST on Friday, October 24, 2025.
