On behalf of East Texas Electric Cooperative (ETEC), ACES is conducting an RFP for SPP Energy & Capacity Products.
ETEC, as a member-owned and not-for-profit generation and transmission cooperative, provides services to eight member electric cooperatives in eastern Texas. Currently, ETEC is soliciting proposals for energy and capacity needs beginning January 1, 2024. ETEC is requesting proposals for firm (LD) energy-only blocks at SPP South Hub, as well as for SPP firm and deliverable capacity.
