The North American Energy Markets Association is posting this RFP on behalf of our member ACES and their client Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (SIPC).
On behalf of Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (SIPC), ACES is conducting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for MISO Capacity and Energy Resources. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to meet SIPC’s future capacity requirements in MISO for Planning Years 2032/2033 through 2037/2038 and beyond.
Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (SIPC) is a generation and transmission cooperative providing wholesale electric power to seven member distribution cooperatives and the city of McLeansboro in Illinois. Member cooperatives and customers are located throughout southern Illinois. All SIPC’s load is part of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) RTO.
