2025 Spring Conference Recap
NAEMA’s 2025 Spring Conference – hosted by Amperon – was held May 4 – 7 in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, at the Hyatt Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. Surrounded by desert views and warm spring weather, attendees explored timely topics shaping today’s energy markets through insightful panels and forward-thinking presentations.
The event featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including Sean Kelly, Co-Founder & CEO of Amperon; Reena Goyal, National Energy Regulatory Co-Lead at Blakes; and Chris Hyde, Senior Meteorologist at Meteomatics. Their perspectives on regulatory shifts, predictive modeling, and meteorological trends offered attendees plenty to think about.
Additional insights came from Amperon panelists Matt Stein (CEO, Salient), Steve Ranes (Director, MARA Energy), and Michael Kirschner (US Energy Director, Habitat Energy), who contributed their expertise to dynamic discussions on energy innovation and forecasting.
With a strong turnout and abundant opportunities to network under the Scottsdale sun, the Spring Conference proved to be both energizing and impactful – setting the tone for NAEMA’s next gathering in Kansas City!
