About The Event
Continuing the tradition started by Xcel Energy in 2011 (then known as “Face Plant”), the North American Energy Markets Association (NAEMA) is proud to present NAEMA’s East Meets West 2023 hosted by Xcel Energy. Join NAEMA Members and market participants from across the U.S. and Canada at this premier networking event as we continue NAEMA’s mission of promoting a vibrant energy marketplace.
Hotel Information
All Receptions, Presentations and Breakfasts will be held at the Grand Hyatt Vail, 1300 Westhaven Drive, Vail. The Group Room Block is full but you can add your name to the Waitlist by contacting Donna Foy. The group room rate is $449 plus a $50 resort fee per night (plus taxes), with a 30-day cancellation policy.

Attendees are given the choice of a one-day ski pass or a spa gift certificate.
About the skiing: Arguably the most famous mountain in Colorado, Vail’s wide variety of terrain and 5,317 skiable acres provide a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone. Access the slopes of Vail directly from Grand Hyatt Vail via the on-site Chair #20. About the spa: If snow isn’t your thing, don’t worry! The Spa at Grand Hyatt Vail, follows in the footsteps of traditional alpine spas, achieving balance by embracing both the natural splendor and healing powers of our surrounding environment. Our spa therapists are artisans of rejuvenation, allowing you to fully relax and unwind. If you selected Spa Certificate as your Activity, you will receive a voucher worth $165 towards spa services.
