POSITION SUMMARY
As Director of Origination, this role is responsible for originating new business across defined U.S. regions — developing customer relationships, communicating Deriva’s story and product offerings, and structuring transactions across the company’s operational and development portfolio. This role drives execution of origination activities, ensures profitability and growth, and manages commercial transaction risk. This role works closely with the Head of Origination and leads cross-functional deal teams through the full transaction lifecycle, from bid through close.
