Manitowoc Public Utilities is seeking an operationally experienced strategic candidate to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Chief Operations Officer. This role oversees Engineering, Power Production, Electric Distribution, Water Treatment and Distribution, and Wastewater Treatment. Qualified candidates will exemplify skill in strategic planning and implementation, communication, independent judgement, and innovation with the ability to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
