RFP Overview
UPPCo is seeking to procure firm around -the -clock , on -peak , and off -peak energy suppl ies across several terms between Calendar Year (“CY”) 202 7 and 202 9 delivered to the WPS.WPSM node in MISO. UPPCo is also seeking to procure 30 Zonal Resource Credits (“ZRC” or “ZRCs”) for MISO Planning Year s (“PY” or “PYs” ) 202 9-30 through 2031 -32 within Local Resource Zone (“LRZ”) 2 or across LRZs 1 -7. UPPCo will collect offers from qualified bidders for the energy products as outlined within this RFP via a structured live auction event conducted on the Polaris RFx Platform beginning at 11:00 AM ET on Thursday , September 17 , 202 6. UPPCo will collect offers from qualified bidders for the capacity products as outlined within this RFP via sealed email submissions to [email protected] by no later than 11:00 AM ET on Thursday , September 17 , 202 6.
