Position Overview
As a Technical Account Manager at REsurety, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement model, managing all aspects of the customer experience from contract signature through to facilitating transactions on our first-of-its-kind platform, CleanTrade. In this role, you will be a customer voice, working with the Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams. You will be responsible for:
- driving customer adoption and engagement on CleanTrade;
- providing technical expertise to support the sales and customer onboarding processes;
- managing key accounts and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction;
- collaborating with internal teams to improve product features and user experience; and
- contributing to the development and execution of our customer engagement strategy.
This role will play a crucial role in achieving our goals of increasing user adoption and conversion rates, as well as driving a new market for clean energy with unrivaled liquidity and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a deep subject matter expert on renewable energy, energy procurement, and energy market fundamentals.
- Be customer outcome-driven: recognize customer problems and effectively drive toward a solution.
- Drive operational excellence by striving to create efficiency.
- Demonstrate analytical prowess, undertaking technical analysis using various analytical tools, datasets, etc.
- Be adept at sales processes and opportunistic thinking: match customers’ needs with services currently available and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Act as a technical expert on platform functionality: understand and operate effectively in the regulatory environment CleanTrade operates in, and be a guide to customers, channels, and internal partners.
- Continuously learn about derivatives and commodities markets: energy, including renewable energy, oil and gas, power; futures; swaps, etc. Use those lessons to distill and implement best operational practices for exchanges.
