MISO Capacity Resources
Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) provides electricity and other energy-related services to 61 member municipalities. MRES serves approximately 170,000 customers through its member municipalities in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
MRES is seeking capacity resources in MISO Load Resource Zones 1 and LRZ 3 resources, with a preference for LRZ 1 resources to correspond to MRES load obligations. Resources should meet requirements for accreditation through zonal resource credits (ZRCs) as defined by the MISO.
As a trusted public power affiliate, The Energy Authority (TEA) is the administrator for this Request for Proposals (RFP).
