Public Utilities Specialist (Settlements Analyst) located in Watertown, SD:
This position is part of the Western Area Power Administration – Upper Great Plains (UGP) region. As a Public Utilities Specialist, you will work within Settlements of the Power Marketing organization of the UGP Region. Serves as the technical expert for energy accounting functions, including Balancing Authority (BA) Area and Legacy Balancing Authority (LBA) energy accounting, reporting and statistical information requests, reconciliation of the UGP West Control Area (WAUW), Southwest Power Pool (SPP) BA, and adjacent Mid-Continent Independent System Operator (MISO). UGP is currently in: MISO, SPP Integrated Marketplace and SPP Western Energy Imbalance Service market.
