Enel X is pleased to announce the upcoming Request for Proposal (“RFP”) on behalf of Clark Public Utilities for Washington EIA Compliant WREGIS Renewable Energy Certificates (“RECs”).
RFP Overview
Clark Public Utilities (“CPU”) is seeking to purchase Washington (“WA”) Energy Independence Act (“EIA”) compliant Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System (“WREGIS”) renewable energy credits (“RECs”) via a structured Request for Proposals (“RFP”) administered by Enel X.
CPU will accept offers for WA EIA WREGIS RECs for reporting year (“RY”) 2024, as detailed below, via a sealed bid pricing event open from between 8:00 AM PT and 4:00 PM PT on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Offers for vintage year (“VY”) 2023, 2024, and 2025 WA EIA WREGIS RECs will also be considered.
