The North American Energy Markets Association is posting this RFP on behalf of our member Lincoln Electric System.
Lincoln Electric System (LES) is soliciting this Request for Information regarding wind and/or solar projects that could potentially still leverage the outgoing federal tax credits if contracted through a Power Purchase Agreement with a proven developer. Although there is no limit on the projects that may be submitted, LES’ preference is for information regarding projects with (i) a nameplate rating between 50 MWAC and 150 MWAC, (ii) a PPA term of 20 – 30 years, (iii) a location within the Southwest Power Pool footprint, and (iv) the ability to secure the Federal Clean Electricity Investment Credit or Federal Clean Electricity Production Credit.
