Overview of RFP
Redelio Renewables is seeking to sell its late-stage Jolly Rock Storage battery energy storage project within the ERCOT market. Redelio Renewables will collect sealed bids from qualified bidders for proposals to acquire the Jolly Rock Storage project on or by 4:00 PM ET on Friday, July 31, 2026.
Bidder Participation Requirements
For All Bidders: Bidders seeking to participate within this RFP process must provide non-binding notice of participation intent via email to [email protected] by no later than 4:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Bidders having submitted notices of intent will be provided with access to a secure virtual data room containing all relevant project materials and files. Bidders may also elect to schedule direct technical sessions with the project team. Bidders must note within their notices of intent if they would like to schedule a technical session and, if so, what day(s)/time(s) would work between Monday, July 13, 2026 and Friday, July 24, 2026.
