Wisconsin Electric Power Company d/b/a We Energies (WEPCo), requests proposals (Proposals) for the purpose of acquiring capacity sourced from MISO LRZ 2 and will also consider capacity sourced from MISO LRZ 1,3,4,5,6 or 7.
